## FAQ

### Deposits

All retainers are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, your retainer may be transferred one time to a new session date, provided proper notice is given.
Rescheduled sessions must be booked within 30 days of the original session date and are subject to availability.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the retainer, and a new retainer will be required to book another session.
By booking with behindthegraylenz you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.

### Editing

note that the editing turnaround begins once your completed selections are received-not on the date of your session.
-Each session includes a set number of professionally edited images based on the package booked. If you'd like additional images from your gallery, extra edits can be purchased for $10 per image after receiving your proofs.Must be paid in full before editing starts.

### Appointments & Late Fees

with BehindtheGrayLenz. Your remaining balance must be paid prior to your scheduled session.All retainers and payments are non-refundable. Please carefully review your selected session, package, date, time, location, and any add-ons before completing your booking.Your session is not officially reserved until your retainer has been paid and you receive a booking confirmation.While last-minute appointments may be available, booking in advance is highly recommended-especially for graduations, birthdays, events, and other time-sensitive sessions.Please allow enough time between your session and the date you need your final images to account for proof delivery, image selection, and professional editing.If you are running late please contact me ahead of time as my time is valuable. A 10 minute grace period will be put in place and after 10 minutes you will be marked as a no-show and the remaining about will still be charged towards you or your party.
